Welcome to the
Cape Coral Civic Association
The Cape Coral Civic Association (CCCA) was established in 1962 as a nonpartisan organization and later incorporated in 1963 as a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Since our organization’s beginning, we have been very proud to unite the citizen’s voice of Cape Coral in a nonpartisan manner. We host nonpartisan candidate forums for every election held in the city, aiming to hold the largest and most informative forum year after year. Most importantly, CCCA advocates for the citizen’s quality of life as a community well known as the “Waterfront Wonderland”.
Vision, Issues, & Values
Our beautiful city has had many economic development projects spearheaded by the CCCA over the years such as the Cape Coral Bridge, completed in early 1964, and Hospital, established in 1977. In addition, CCCA played a pivotal role in the city’s initial corporation in 1970. Together, members of the CCCA have given back to their city through their initiative to have the very best community in southwest Florida.
Helping lead this great organization is Paul Prince, president. His dedication to the city of Cape Coral and it’s residents are rooted deep through his family ties, linking him to an arsenal of knowledge as well as a deep appreciation for those individuals of our community helping to make our city the very best. His term began in April of 2017, and has worked diligently with other CCCA members to develop a well-rounded organization that stays focused on the growth and development of our community and it’s residents.
We are so proud of the growth of our city, and look forward to meeting you! Please join us for our monthly meetings and annual events as we continue to assist our community moving our city forward. Our web site is linked to many outside resources to provide you, our community, with the ability to educate yourselves on what is happening, now. We look forward to seeing you!
